Cafe End of the Thread Antique Emporium, Brighton, Ontario

“Come in for a coffee & leave with a coffee table" is the End of the Thread's motto.   Café seating is amongst all the eclectic-ness... you may even want to buy the chair you’ve parked yourself on. YEP. Everything is for sale - even the table you are dining at - but don’t worry, we’ll let you finish your lunch BEFORE we sell it!

"The Thread" (as regular patrons prefer) brings you an assortment of delicious seasonal choices.

Fresh in-house baked goods year round including an assortment of sweet breads, cookies, carrot cake, New York style cheesecake and fresh pies (me-oh-my!) and of course an assortment of gluten free goodies.

Offering breakfast bagels - egg, cheese, bacon - made on Montreal, St. Urbain bagels year round. Our Paninis contain only the highest quality of ingredients, including home roasted chicken and beef for your lunching pleasure. Our most popular Panini? The Brighton (of course) with slices of local apples, crispy bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar and a house maple Dijon dressing, grilled to perfection.

Winter remains HOT around here with our homemade delicious soups - made from scratch including the stock. The Roasted Tomato has become our signature soup offered daily along with a rotation of other creative combinations.

Gluten free options are always available. Have another allergy? Be sure to let us know - we’ll do our best to accommodate!

VISIT our Tin Roof Dairy Bar (at the back of the building) for old style RootBeer Floats, Banana Splits and Milkshakes that will knock your SOCKS OFF!

OPEN May 24 long weekend until Labour Day weekend.  Outdoor patio welcomes cyclists and  four legged friends.
